I bought a mountain bike a few weeks ago and I'm finally getting to where I can ride it a good distance before I have to get off. I rode it 8 miles on Friday and another 8 miles on Saturday. On Sunday afternoon I went mountain climbing. That along with the weight lifting 4 times a week and I've been able to put in 3000-5000 more physical activity points than the program requires. I don't think it's possible to get too much exercise so that's a good thing!
My weight loss this week was 4.3 pounds. About 20 more pounds and my body mass index will drop below the "Morbid Obesity" category!!!

Congrats again man, you never cease to amaze. I've lost 25 lb's..feeling stuck again thou, like I can't drop anymore. Have run 2 miles non stop, going to go for a 5k in a couple weeks
