Finally! I was beginning to think I was never going to make it to the 100lb mark! It is June 28
th and I have hit 280 which marks 100 pounds since I started this journey. I don't know if it's from all the lifting or just that I'm getting down to a normal size but the weight loss has slowed to a crawl! I've only lost 4 lbs since my last update.
Still I'm down to a size 40 pants (almost 38) and I'm wearing XL shirts so I'm not complaining too much...

They had a nice little sign hung up at the weight loss clinic last night announcing how
much weight I'd lost, so I snapped a picture of it.
