Week 12 - The end of "Core"

It's been 13 weeks since I took my "before" picture and took my first bite of those microwavable dinners. The "core" program is the first 13 weeks. It's where they teach you how the program works, why it works, and how to use it properly. Now I move to the next phase of the program called "ongoing weight loss" the only difference is where the core program is more educational in that they are trying to teach you about the diet the ongoing portion is more of a support group that meets every week to discuss how things are going and help each other out with their weight loss goals. This class meets on Thursday nights instead of Tuesday so my blog updates will have to move to Friday mornings.



In the first 12 weeks of weight loss I have averaged 5.3 pounds per week. I have currently lost 17% of my body mass. Another 30 lbs and I will have lost 1/4 of my original body mass!



At the bottom I am attaching a before and after picture to signify the end of the core program.

Current Weight 316 lbs

Weight Loss To Date: 64 lbs
