Week 3

Ok it's week 3 and I'm now starting to get into a groove with this weight loss thing. I know which dinners I like and which ones to stay away from, I know how to make the shakes so they taste good, and I've made a habit out of drinking my water and getting my exercise in.

Some of my clothes are starting to get baggy, this morning I actually dug a shirt out of my closet that I haven't worn in a while because it looked better on me. Yesterday I was able to zip my heavy coat up for the first time in years. When I went to the clinic last night the nurse was able to put the regular blood pressure cuff on me and didn't have to go fish out the one that's made extra large to go around people's thigh!

Not much more to report this week. I lost 7 pounds and everything is going great, I'm in a routine and don't plan to stop anything until I'm at my goal weight.
