Week 15

I had a great week this week. Let's see I did my normal weight lifting routine with Rodney on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Rode my mountain bike 5 miles on Saturday and Sunday. On Tuesday I went and joined the Golden Gloves boxing club near my house and had them put me through their 2 hour workout. That was absolutely the toughest thing I've ever done. I honestly thought I was going to die!!!

But it appears to have paid off because I lost another 6 lbs this week!!!
